Warning: Highly Addictive Pizza Kale Chip Recipe Inside

You have been warned. These Pizza Kale Chips from Chef Amber Shea Crawley’s Practically Raw are Ah-Maaaay-Zing! I’ve only had my dehydrator for about 3 weeks now, and I’ve made kale chips 6 times. My kids and the neighbors are as obsessed with them as I am; several of my friends on facebook are asking for the recipe. Amber requested I link you to her blog for the recipe directly (you know, copyrighting stuff), so here it is:

She has an entire chapter dedicated to Kale Chips; including Chocolate Kale Chips!! I had a hard time NOT eating all of the dark chocolate sauce…so delicious! I highly recommend you just buy the book. There are a lot of great goodies in there!

Here is a list of ingredients to help you plan your shopping trip:

Hempseeds

Nutritional Yeast (I like Red Star)

Sundried tomatoes (dry! Not packed in oil)

Red Bell Pepper

Garlic

Lemon Juice (from a real lemon…c’mon now!)

Oregano

Fennel Seeds

Sea Salt

Crushed Red Pepper

Kale

The pizza sauce itself makes a nice dip too! Just smear it on some gluten free crackers, or better yet serve with some veggies, and you are good to go! Don’t say I didn’t warn you…….;-)
